About the app
Day Planner is built on a simple idea: a task list is not a plan. Tasks get an estimated duration and a slot in your day, so you can see immediately whether what you have committed to actually fits.
Recurring routines, a quick capture inbox and a end-of-day review keep the system running without becoming a second job to maintain.
Why we built it
Task apps are excellent at collecting work and poor at telling you when you have collected too much. Day Planner exists to make that tension visible before the day starts rather than at 6pm.
