We read every inquiry ourselves. You will normally hear back within one to two business days with either clarifying questions or a proposed call to walk through the idea in more detail.
It is. A clear description of the problem you want solved and who it is for is more valuable than a finished specification. Turning a rough idea into a defined scope is part of the work.
Projects are typically split into milestones with a payment attached to each, so you can see progress before the next stage begins. The exact schedule is agreed in writing before development starts.
You receive the full source code and documentation, so you or another developer can continue the work. We are also available for ongoing maintenance if you would prefer we handle it.
