These terms apply to your use of https://qubitsoftech.com and to inquiries you send us through it. Project engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.
Please note: this document is provided as a professionally structured starting point and does not constitute legal advice. Have it reviewed by a qualified professional and update the placeholders in src/content/site.ts before relying on it.
By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “QubitSofTech” refer to the operator of this website, and “you” refers to the person using it.
You may browse, read and share this website for lawful purposes. You must not:
We may suspend or restrict access to the site, in whole or in part, without notice where we reasonably believe it is necessary.
The website design, text, graphics, logo, source code and the QubitSofTech name and mark are owned by QubitSofTech or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. See our Copyright page for what you may and may not do with them.
Our applications, including their code, design and assets, remain our property unless ownership has been expressly transferred in writing.
Information published about our applications — descriptions, features, screenshots, version numbers and release dates — is provided for general information. Applications change: a store listing may be ahead of, or behind, what is shown here while an update rolls out.
Availability of any application is not guaranteed. We may update, change, withdraw or discontinue an application at any time.
This site links to third-party websites and services, including Google Play. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not control those services, do not endorse their content by linking to them, and are not responsible for them. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.
Submitting a contact or project form does not create a contract between us, and does not oblige either party to proceed. Information you send us in an inquiry should not include confidential material unless we have signed a non-disclosure agreement — we are happy to arrange one on request.
Estimates, indicative timelines and suggestions given in reply to an inquiry are non-binding until set out in a signed agreement.
Every custom development engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, agreed before work begins, which sets out at minimum:
Where that agreement and these website terms conflict, the project agreement prevails.
Fees, currency, payment schedule and applicable taxes are specified in the project agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, work on a milestone begins after the payment for the previous milestone has been received, and invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
We may pause work on a project where an invoice remains unpaid beyond its due date, after giving you notice.
Because development work is delivered progressively, amounts already invoiced for work completed and accepted are generally non-refundable. If a project is cancelled part-way, the position — including any refund of amounts paid for work not yet started — is determined by the cancellation clause in the project agreement.
Applications distributed through Google Play are subject to Google Play's own refund policy, which we do not control.
This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. See our Disclaimer for detail.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QubitSofTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Liability arising from a custom development engagement is governed by the limitation of liability clause in the applicable project agreement.
You agree to indemnify QubitSofTech against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of this website.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the dates shown at the top, is the version in force. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under local law, the courts of [Your City], [Your State], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
